“Beauty must be constantly recreated as truth”

                                --- Jean-Christophe Ammann

Limited to the very NOW is the moment where dance gets created.

The dancers, its creators and protagonists:
On their passionate life journey they exercise the unity of mind and body;
in their art they oscillate between self-abandonment and self-fulfillment,
always facing their own momentariness. Like a flower that quickly unfolds
they glee from inside.

With his 8x10 inch camera Joachim Manuel Riederer tries to look straight
at people whose bodies are artificial and real beings in one.
His work tells the stories of the single dancers in the strictly regulated
world of classical ballet.
